International Shipping & Delivery Time

• Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Korea.
• Average delivery time to the U.S. is 21–25 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier handling.

Customs Duties & Taxes

• U.S. Customs may impose import duties, VAT, or other local taxes when your package arrives.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• All additional fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Refusing to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed by the carrier, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of international shipping, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Packaging & Components

• All products are official and brand-new, sealed by the manufacturer in Korea.
• Outer boxes or packaging may have minor scratches or dents caused during international transit. This does not qualify as a defect.
