I know you’ve been having some trouble with sensitive skin lately, and I’ve been doing a bit of research on it. Turns out, there are a few ingredients that can really help calm things down, so I thought I’d share them with you!
First up, there’s Centella Asiatica—you might know it as "Cica" or "gotu kola." It’s great for soothing irritated skin and helping with healing. It reduces inflammation and strengthens the skin barrier. Then, there’s Aloe Vera, which you’ve probably heard of. It’s super moisturizing and works wonders for calming sensitive skin.

And don’t forget Panthenol (Vitamin B5)! It hydrates and helps repair the skin’s barrier, making it stronger and more resilient.
If you’re dealing with dryness, Hyaluronic Acid is a must—it keeps the skin hydrated and helps reduce sensitivity. Last but not least, Colloidal Oatmeal is another awesome ingredient that soothes irritation and protects your skin.
